Can duplicate individual records be merged?
You cannot merge two individual records in Tracker. If each individual record has different information, you have to determine which record you are going to keep then copy whatever information it does not have from the record you are going to delete. You can delete the duplicate individual record once all the process records, family members, and all other information you need have been entered in the record that you will retain. To delete the individual record, click on the Individual Details tab, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete the individual record. Helpful Hint: To restore a deleted record, from the Options menu, click Deleted Records under Manage Tenant Settings. Find the record you wish to restore then click Restore.
