How do I send an email to Tracker?

 1. Go to the Email tab of the Individual or Process record.

2. At the top right section, click Get Tracking Number.

3. Copy the text in between the dashes (From Tracking Number (do not delete) to the unique identifier below it)

4. Find the email you want to send to Tracker and click Forward.

5. Paste the copied text to the body of the email you are forwarding.

6. Send the email to systemcopy@casemgmtsys.com.  You can also use the Save Email to Tracker Outlook Add-in.
