User needs to reset password but does not remember security question

A user cannot reset his or her password without entering the security question.  If the user does not remember the security question,  IMS Tracker Support can reset the user account. To reset the user's account, login to Provider, edit the user account, then click the Reset button at the top right section. This will send the email address on record a link to reset the username, password, and security question.
