Additional System Requirements

Monitor resolution set to 1280 x 768 or higher
Browser Zoom set to 100% or lower
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.0 or higher
Tracker’s SCORM training modules require an HTML5-compatible browser or Adobe Flash installed

It is highly recommended that you keep your version of Windows and Internet browser up to date with all the latest patches and security updates that are released on a regular basis. Browser toolbars, add-ons and third-party pop blockers may inhibit the proper display of Tracker I-9 Complete. It is also recommended that you run anti-virus software on your computer to ensure that only virus-free files are uploaded to the Tracker I-9 Complete system.

Mobile:

The following is applicable when accessing the mobile version of Tracker I-9 Complete. Please be aware that the Tracker I-9 User Interface (UI) is mobile responsive, meaning the application will switch to the mobile UI when viewed in a window or screen is less than 768 pixels in width.

Please be aware that Mitratech's support policy for Tracker I-9 is not tethered to any mobile Operating System provider's support policy. Tracker I-9s mobile interface only supports the most version of a mobile Operating System and one previous version.

Supported File Formats For Attachments of Form I-9 Records

Only three character length file extensions are support by the Tracker I-9 Application. For example, a JPEG with .jpg extension is supported, but a JPEG with .jpeg extension is NOT supported.

Mitratech does not sell this telemetry or use it for any other purpose except to provide our business leaders with data to help improve the performance and usability of the Tracker I-9 Complete application.
