Audit Batch Report
This shows how a user can use the Audit Batch Report.
Goal
The Audit Batch Report displays all active Form I-9 records with audit notes that match the selected filter criteria.
Access
Users with client admin accounts and advanced user accounts have access to this functionality, but intermediate and basic users do not. It can be accessed via the Audits menu drop-down.

Steps
- From the Audits menu, select Audit Batch Management.
- Open the Audit Batch Report tab.

- Select one or more filters. Click Apply Filter to generate the report.
Note: Selecting an Audit Batch Name filter returns a statistical summary for the selected audit batch.
- Click Export to Excel to export the report results to Microsoft Excel.
