What's Fixed?
Form I-9
- Fixed an issue where a “Document Expires date not specified” warning message was appearing in error in the Form I-9 Alerts section on the Form I-9\Summary page.
- Fixed a display issue where in some cases the document expiration date value wasn’t appearing on the Form I-9\Section 2 page.
- Fixed a rare issue where an I-9 Manager was able to complete Section 3 of a Form I-9 before Sections 1 and 2 were signed.
- Fixed an issue where the Duplicate Employee Record alert wasn’t being displayed when attempting to create an Employee Profile record containing an email address that matched an existing record. Prior to the fix, case sensitivity of the email address wasn’t being considered when determining whether or not to trigger an “Email match” warning.
- Fixed an issue related to the PageUp integration where new I-9’s were getting created in error in cases where the Section 2 Start Date value was being updated in the Tracker I-9 application.
- Fixed an issue related to the iCIMS integration that prevented an I-9 from getting created in the Tracker I-9 application if the employee’s home address contained a Canadian Zip Code.
E-Verify
- Fixed an issue where under certain conditions the Date of Birth field was appearing blank on the Are You Sure page within the E-Verify workflow.
- Fixed an issue where under certain conditions records were appearing on the E-Verify/I9 Comparison report in error if the DMV Document Nbr value in the Tracker application didn’t match the value sent to E-Verify due to the presence of dashes.
Email Alerts
- Fixed some grammatical errors in the body of the Section 3 Due (Reverification) email alert that is configured to go out to the employee.
- Fixed an intermittent issue where the E-Verify Case Number, Case Opened, and E-Verify Status values weren’t appearing in the E-Verify Action Required email alert.
- Fixed an issue where an I-9 wasn’t showing up under the Appoint Section 2 Representative section of the Daily Action Email if the next action due date of the record was in the future.
I-9 Resolve
-
Fixed an issue where the next action value of an I-9 Resolve record wasn’t being updated to None when the remediation path required completing a new Form I-9.
