Form I-9
Enhanced Section 1 Page
Currently, if an Employee skips the Middle Initial (if any) in the remote Section 1 page, I-9 Managers must manually request an amendment. This extra step slows down Form I-9 processing for clients who want a seamless Section 1 completion.
As part of Zurich release, Tracker I-9 now marks the Middle Initial as required on Section 1 (with an asterisk). Employees can opt to skip it using a checkbox, and updated tooltip and validations improve error messaging and guidance.
Enhanced Section 3 Wizard
The Section 3 wizard is now enhanced, On the New Name Only workflow, input text fields now have highlighted borders for improved visibility. The Middle Initial field is restricted to a single character, and additional validations have been implemented to enhance error messaging and user guidance.
E-Verify
Enhancements to the E-Verify/I-9 Comparison Report
The "E-Verify/I-9 Comparison Report" page has been enhanced for better usability and data filtering. New filters include Last Signed Date and Last Submission Date (From and To) - allow users to refine search results more effectively. Users can enter dates manually or use the date picker, and the system will display relevant records based on the selected criteria. These fields are also added as table columns.
Additionally, a new Remove I-9 records with Termination Dates from the E-Verify/I-9 Comparison Report checkbox has been introduced. When selected, both the UI and Export to Excel will exclude records where the Employee is Terminated box is checked, whether a termination date is provided or not.
Enhancements to the E-Verify I-9 Data Change Report
The “E-Verify I-9 Data Change Report” page has been enhanced to improve usability and navigation.
A new section now displays Employee Form I-9 details related to the report, including the following fields:
- Employee Name
- I-9 ID
- Profile ID
- Employee ID
Added a View Form I-9 button for quick, one-click access to the Form I-9 Summary page, improving navigation.
I-9 Managers can now easily access Form I-9 related details. Once the I-9 is updated, the corresponding record will be removed from the report.
Additionally, the report label has been updated on both the UI and browser for better consistency.
System Email Alerts
The "System Email Alerts Template" UI has been updated to ensure timely notifications for I-9 managers. A new email alert labelled Section 3 Completed has been added under Admin Control Panel >> System Settings to notify I-9 Managers when an Authorized Representative makes an update or completes an Onsite Section 3 electronic signature or an Onsite Section 3 Amendment request.
API
Enhanced the API logic across all API workflows. When creating a Form I-9 via API, if the corresponding workflow on the Client Configuration feature page is disabled, the API call will fail with the message "The Feature is not enabled for the Client".
