What's New?
Form I-9
- Introducing I-9 Pro: A new feature that enables seamless virtual document verification in compliance with the latest DHS rule (You can access the final ruling here), allowing employers to remotely complete Form I-9 with Tracker I-9’s compliance experts. For more details, refer to the I-9 Pro Feature Guide and for any questions you can reach out to Tracker I-9 support team by creating a case on the Support Portal.
- A new Clear Search Filters & Results link has been added to the bottom left of the Employee Profile container within the "Search for Existing Employee" modal screen. This enhancement allows Distributor Admins and I-9 Managers to quickly reset all search filters, making it easier to initiate a fresh search efficiently and return to the default view with a single click.
- When an employee selects "A noncitizen (other than Item Numbers 2 and 3 above) authorized to work" as their employment status, the Date Authorized to Work Until field is now visible in the "View Section 1 Employee Information" container under Section 2. This helps the Tracker Compliance Experts team identify discrepancies between work authorization dates in Sections 1 and 2 during I-9 Pro appointments.

The I-9 Custom Report has been updated with the following new export fields under the “Choose Report Fields” section to provide users with enhanced reporting capabilities. These new fields are:
- Network Alliance Appointment Date/Time
- Network Alliance Appointment Status
- I-9 Pro Appointment Date/Time
- I-9 Pro Appointment Status
- Section 2 Approved Date
- Section 2 Approved By
- Section 3 Approved Date
- Section 3 Approved By
These fields will display in the report once the user clicks the “Run Report” button, as shown below:
API/Flat File
- To reduce the potential update failures, employee profile records can now be updated via API or Flat File, regardless of the associated I-9 Manager account status.
What's Fixed?
Form I-9
- Fixed an issue in the mobile EDU section that allowed submission of the EDU process without requiring a List B document upload.
- Fixed an issue that prevented I9 Managers from viewing/completing Sections 1, 2, or 3 of the Form I-9 using Mobile device.
- Fixed an issue where inaccurate signature information appeared in the FormI9 and FormI9FilingHistory table.
API
- Fixed an issue where the `NextActionID` POST call was not retrieving the Employee records for certain IDs related to Section 3.
E-Verify
Fixed an issue where the next action incorrectly displayed as “Reverification Due” when E-Verify was incomplete, and Section 3 was completed with a TPS-based EAD document for an E-Verify Form I-9.s
