    • Updated the value that is displayed on the UI and returned in the Export to Excel report to the Employment Status export field to reflect “A noncitizen authorized to work” vs. “Authorized Alien” associated with the current version of the Form I-9.

    • Updated the value that is displayed on the UI and returned in the Export to Excel report for the Section 1 Citizenship/Immigration Status export field to reflect “A noncitizen authorized to work” vs. “An alien authorized to work” associated with the current version of the Form I-9. Citizenship status.pngExcel report update.png

  • To enhance our channel/partner integrations, the following changes have been implemented:

    • Enhanced various backend areas of the application to support multiple E-Verify Web Services accounts.

    • Renamed the “Worksite E-Verify Effective Date” section to “Worksite E-Verify Settings” for Worksites that are associated with an Employer where E-Verify is enabled.

    • Added a new field labeled “E-Verify MOU ID” to Worksite records that are E-Verify enabled.  This field will inherit the “E-Verify Employer Agent ID” value from the associated Employer. This field is editable by a Distributor Admin – All Access user and read only to Distributor Admin – Read Only and Client Admin users.

    • Added a new column labeled “E-Verify MOU ID” to the Employer level “Export Employer and Worksite List to Excel” report and the Worksite level “Export All Records to Excel” report.                                                                                                    E-verify MOU ID.png

API

Implemented the following changes that are only applicable to select Distributors who have their own E-Verify Web Services account:

  • Augmented the Create Employer and Update Employer API calls to include new E-Verify arguments used for enabling E-Verify.

  • Augmented the Create Worksite and Update Worksite API calls to include a new E-Verify argument used for configuring an E-Verify MOU ID at the Worksite level.

  • Augmented the Create User Account API Call to include new E-Verify training arguments.

Workday ReadyConnect Integration

Implemented the following changes to the Workday ReadyConnect Integration:

  • New fields are now supported related to the I-9 Custom Report that is configured in Workday and used to initiate the creation of an I-9 in Tracker and deliver Section 1 to the employee:

    • For Clients who are configured for Remote Document Inspection, you will now be able to set the Remote Document Inspection attribute associated with a new I-9 to ON.

    • For Clients who are configured for SMS, you will now be able to include the employee’s Mobile number and send Section 1 to them via SMS.

    • For Clients who are using the I-9 Pro workflow, the RemoteAccessType column on the report will now support this particular workflow type.

  • New fields are now supported related to the I-9 Termination Custom Report configured in Workday and used to send termination dates to Tracker and apply them to their affiliated I-9 record. New fields include SSN, EmployeeId, ExternalID and I9Id.

  • Updated the layout and content of the text within the body of the “Workday to Tracker Failure” notification emails to more clearly communicate the root cause of the failure.

Event Management Integration

Implemented the following changes related to our Event Management (Push Events) feature:

  • Multiple Event Management integrations can now be configured for a given Client.

  • Previously, a 104 Event Type was sent when a Historical I-9 or I-9 Resolve record was created via the Tracker UI or via the Tracker I-9 Data Import Tool. 104 Events will now be sent any time an I-9 is created, without regards to the creation method or I-9 record type.

  • Added the following arguments to the Event Management payload:

    • ClientName

    • Email (Employee’s email address from the Employee Profile record)

    • EmployerName (Employer Name from the Employee Profile record)

    • Email (Employee’s email address from Section 1)

Single Sign-On

Implemented a new Domain Hint value that identifies the Identity Provider that is used in OpenID SSO implementations for Distributors and Clients.
