Maintenance Release Notes  

This announcement describes the bug fixes and improvements included in this maintenance release.    

 

What’s Fixed?  

I-9 Complete 

  • Fixed an issue where the system incorrectly displayed the Save/Validate button after an I-9 Manager updated attachments for a Signed Section 2 

  • Fixed an issue where the system advanced the I-9 Next Action status prematurely when a Remote Section 1 Amendment was completed for an I-9 in the Awaiting Approval Next Action status 

  • The system will now auto-populate the Additional Info textbox with the correct text if the I-9 Manager enters the EAD Expires date before entering the EAD document number for the EAD 180 Day Auto-Extension Additional Document workflow 

  • An I-9 Manager will now be able to select the Resend Employee Email button under the Administrative Options menu for an Employee Appoint I-9 workflow when the employee has completed Section 1, but an Authorized Representative has NOT been designated 

  • Fixed an uncommon issue where the I-9 Next Action incorrectly displayed as Complete E-Verify after: 

  • The I-9 Manager switched the E-Verify Options setting on the Summary Tab to “OFF” under certain circumstances 

  • Amending Section 2 for a Worksite with E-Verify enabled, but the E-Verify Options setting on the Summary Tab was previously set to “OFF” 

  • Completing a Section 3 for a Worksite with E-Verify enabled, but the E-Verify Options setting on the Summary Tab was previously set to “OFF” 

Flat File 

  • Fixed a rare issue when adding a Termination Date to a Form I-9 via the Flat File process resulted in an error if the List B and/or List C Document in Section 2 was a Native American Tribal Document 

Mobile 

  • Fixed an issue where the system redirected the user to the incorrect mobile page upon clicking a link twice. 

E-Verify  

  • Fixed an issue where the E-Verify Auto-Submit functionality did not occur when an I-9 Manager without E-Verify permissions completed a Section 2, or approved a completed Remote Section 2
