Distributor Packages
Introducing the Distributor Packages feature in the Tracker I-9 application. This feature allows administrators to create reusable packages that contain predefined configuration settings, including Product Configurations, Email Settings, General Site Settings, logo configuration, and System Message and Instructions Settings.
Distributor Packages can be assigned to one or more Clients to help standardize configurations and simplify Client setup and management. Administrators can also assign, change, or remove package assignments as needed.
For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Distributor Packages Feature Guide. Please note that this new feature is only available to partners and resellers who are using the Distributor functionality of the application. If you have any questions, please contact the Tracker I-9 Support Team by creating a case on the Support Portal.
E-Verify
E-Verify Start Date Validation for Future Employment Dates
We have enhanced the E-Verify Preview Page to more prominently display a validation message when a case cannot be created because the Employee’s First Day of Employment listed on the Form I-9 is more than 90 business days in the future. Previously, this validation message was not displayed consistently and did not clearly explain the issue.
When this occurs, the Continue button at the bottom of the page will remain disabled until the case can be created.
What's Fixed?
- Fixed an issue where Email Alerts were not queued or delivered when an I-9 Manager field was not populated on the associated Employee Profile record.
- Fixed an issue in I-9 Custom Reports where certain shared reports were timing out and not returning results.
- Fixed an issue where I-9 Managers were not redirected to the configured Logout Landing Page URL for the associated client when a user session timed out occurred.
- Fixed an issue with Security Role permission 9.2.2 – Ability to Select Conspicuous Case Closer Codes that prevented I-9 Managers from selecting certain E-Verify case closure codes when the permission was enabled.
