TeamConnect Features and Areas

This section explains rights related to TeamConnect features and areas, such as User Preferences.

Preferences Rights

You must assign the appropriate rights to view and edit User Preferences. Afterward, each group member can edit their individual preferences that apply to their personal TeamConnect experience.

Release Edit Locks Right

This right only has an effect if the Enable record locking in edit mode Admin Setting is enabled. For more information about this system setting, see Setting Up General Settings.

Release edit locks

Allows group members to release the lock on a record when it is open for editing by another user. A Release Lock button becomes available after this right is assigned and the conditions above are met.

Scheduled Actions Rights

You must assign the appropriate rights to view or delete Scheduled Actions. See Scheduled Actions Monitor for more information about Scheduled Actions.
