►Workflow Progression
  1. Create a simple workflow with stages assigned to both the requester and another user role.
  2. Initiate the workflow using a test user and this test user, who assumes the role of the requester.
  3. From the administration tab, delete the requester before submitting the next stage.
  4. Let another user submit the second stage.

Upon submission of the second stage, the request should move to the third stage. Due to the requester being inactive on TAP and the next stage being assigned to them, the request is moved to the completed stage.

►e-Signature Workflow and Dashboard Updates
  1. Create an e-signature workflow and submit it.
  2. Receive an email for signature; in the dashboard's "Next Signer" column, the username will be visible.
  3. In the Docusign document options, delegate the document to another user by including their email address.
  4. The new user will receive the signature email, but the dashboard's "Next Signer" column does not update with the new user name.
If the signature document is reassigned to another user, the "Next Signer" column in the dashboard should reflect the updated username. Despite the assignment of the signature document to another user, the "Next Signer" column in the dashboard does not update with the new username as expected.

  1. Create a workflow featuring a document field that includes multiple paragraphs, page breaks, and bullets.
  2. Restrict the document field.
  3. Identify and highlight several sections within the document to be editable, ensuring that bullets are included.
  4. As a user, try to delete the bullets within the designated editable sections.
  5. Attempt to delete the spaces between paragraphs.
With restrictive editing enabled, the sections will not be deleted. But in editable sections containing bullets or numbering, the deletion of bullets or numbering is permitted. With restrictive editing enabled, it is not possible to completely delete sections designated for editing. Essentially, everything within these sections can be deleted, except for the line break or paragraph break. Moreover, in editable sections containing bullets or numbering, the deletion of bullets or numbering is not permitted.

  2. Go to the Administration Tab.
  3. Allow some time and ensure that the page remains idle without experiencing session timeout.
►Enhanced User Experience: Addressing Logout and Timeout Issues in Configuration Modules
Users should not be logged out unexpectedly, and the system should correctly observe the 20-minute inactivity threshold before initiating any logout procedures. Furthermore, users should receive a timeout popup when working in configuration modules within the designer, including document builder, formulas, and conditions, to address and prevent any potential issues. Work within these configuration modules should not be deemed inactive, ensuring that users are not timed out prematurely and can continue their tasks without interruption.
►Challenges with Logout and Timeout in Configuration Modules: An Overview
Users were logged out unexpectedly, even when the 20-minute inactivity threshold was not reached. Additionally, users are not receiving a timeout popup when working in configuration modules within the designer, such as document builder, formulas, and conditions, leading to unresolved issues. The work within these configuration modules is considered inactive, resulting in users being timed out if they spend more than 20 minutes in those modules.

►Filtering and Displaying Blank Records in TAP Application
  1. Login to the TAP application.
  2. Click on select columns.
  3. Add a dynamic column having records.
  4. Click on the filter and select "is empty".
  5. The blank records should be displayed in the grid.
When the 'Is Empty' filter is applied, records will not be retrieved. When applying the ‘Is Empty’ filter to the dynamic column, we can see the records, and in the Team Connect environment, it displays as empty despite having records.
