Issue: TAP/TC Integration - Multiselect item labels replaced with Tree Positions when audit trail is exported as a PDF

Issue: "Visible to requester's departments" option not working as intended. A new user in a role and department with "All records privilege" does not see all requests initiated by users in the department.

Issue: IE won't support ES6, barcode scanner, document field, and workflow-import.js files contain ES6 syntaxes therefore workflows not loading in IE
