New Features

Groups for Collaboration Stage: Groups can now be created and tagged in collaboration stage comments. A new section called ‘Groups’ has been added in the TAP administration area. Admins can create user groups in this section, and when enabled on a collaboration stage, these groups can be tagged in comments. Doing so allows users to send a comment to a group of people and invite that group to collaborate on that stage, without needing to tag each user within the group. New API Endpoint: We’ve added a new API endpoint that allows you to pull the history of a field or form fields over the course of an entire workflow. This endpoint can target all fields within a workflow, or an individual field, and will pull the value of that field(s) per each workflow stage that has been completed. This allows users to track any changes that are being made to workflow fields throughout the entire business process. For more information on the TAP API, see our API guide here.

Open ‘Edit Request’ and ‘View History’ in New Tab: We’ve added a toggle to the TAP Dashboard which allows users to designate whether they would like to take the ‘Edit Request’ and ‘View History’ action in the current window, or open those actions in a new tab. This toggle can be found on the bottom of the left hand views tab on the TAP dashboard, and can be toggled on/off by clicking on the slider.

Dropdown Display Limit Increased: The display limit on records within dropdowns linked to grid data sources has been upped to 1000 records.
