TAP Windows Services - On-premise Customers
TAP utilizes Windows Services to handle the automatic processing of requests/processes; they should be set to 'Automatic' in Properties>Startup: Automatic so they will start up if/when the server is rebooted.
ThinkSmart.EchoSign.Callback – (WCF) used for processing of requests invoked by eSign providers to synchronize document signature status
Thinksmart.EchoSign.EmailSubmit – works with email inboxes to read messages and submit workflows per email metadata
ThinkSmart.EchoSign.GenericScheduler – used for auto-submitting of workflows, OneDrive synchronization, notifications reminders etc. In general it is the main service for processing automatic jobs
ThinkSmart.MegaSign.Sender – this should be disabled; legacy for megasign functionality
ThinkSmartMegaSignScheduler: This should be disabled and is no longer used in TAP. With this enabled, a large amount of logs will be generated.
