Configuring the New Matter Wizard

To configure the New Matter Wizard, verify the data root. Suite uses the data root path to save each wizard as a separate configuration file. Create a new folder for each matter type under the

<Data Root>\NewMatterConfig subdirectory.

For UNIX clients, a preference can be created in the darwin.properties file that will force the configuration file to save without spaces by placing an underscore in place of the space. Open the darwinmaster.properties file located in the Web server’s directories and change the preference for NoSpacesInFolderName to True.

Add this line to darwin.properties and restart the Web service.
