Integrating Suite with Microsoft Outlook (vCalendar) allows the following:

• The linking of appointments and tasks system-wide for all records (System Administrator function)
• The ability to “invite” resources such as rooms and AV equipment. This feature can be used as a reservation for the resources.

Your System Administrator must first establish certain settings in order for Microsoft Outlook to integrate with Suite.

   When editing or creating a calendar item, you will be required to enter your Microsoft Outlook password if Microsoft Outlook is not currently open.
