Advanced searches that have been saved can now be scheduled to be executed at a specific time-date or interval.

This service pack update includes the following issue resolutions:

 

eCounsel

 

  • Now invoices sent from Collaborati to eCounsel that are rejected due to a validation rule configured in Suite Manager are synchronized back to Collaborati.

  • When the Matters Insurance tab contains two Insurance Claim subtabs with the same Policy Number and without Claim Numbers, the New Matter Wizard now displays an error of duplicate records. A record is unique when it contains a policy number and a claim number.

  1. Stop the Bridgeway Suite application on the Java application server.

  2. Use Update Manager to install the Suite.8.11.14.1.2 update. Update Manager backs up the following files:

  1. Restart the Bridgeway Suite application on the Java application server.

Database Script Instructions

  1. Using your preferred database tool (SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle's RMAN utility, Oracle's export data pump utility, etc.), make a backup of your Suite database.

  2. Login to your query tool as an administrative user.

  3. Open the appropriate scripts .ZIP file for your database:

  • suite8.11.0.sp14.1.2-Scripts-Oracle.zip for Oracle databases

  • suite8.11.0.sp14.1.2-Scripts-SQL.zip for SQL databases

  1. Open the script and use search-and-replace to replace <LOGIN> with the login information that the application will use to access the database.

  2. Run the script.
