New Look and Feel
- Login pages for both PolicyHub Admin and Inbox applications have undergone a redesign, now featuring the new PolicyHub logo and Mitratech background.
- The password reset and restoration screens have also been revamped to reflect the common Mitratech branding.
- The entire user interface of the PolicyHub Inbox application has been overhauled to significantly enhance the user experience.
- Accessible Design: PolicyHub now features high contrast design throughout the application, enhancing visibility by emphasizing the contrast between text and background colours. This design improves usability for all users, promoting inclusivity and a more user-friendly experience.
- Sorting of Inbox Items: Users now have the option to sort publication items in the Inbox by either their due dates or the dates they were sent on.
- User Profile and Assistance Sections: Positioned in the top right corner of the screen, these sections provide easy access to fundamental features. The Change password and Log out options, available to users logging in using form-based authentication, are now housed under the User Profile section, while the Assistance section offers Guidance and Help options. Selecting Guidance option opens the welcome message pop-up, and the Help option opens the redesigned online help in a new window.
- Breadcrumb Navigation: Tests and Questionnaires now feature a breadcrumb trail, displaying the sections of the test or questionnaire sequentially, with the current section highlighted. The final section is designated for Submission, and clicking on any section in the breadcrumb trail redirects you to that specific section, facilitating easy navigation.
- Review History: The Review History screen, providing a high-level overview of the workflow, has been redesigned. It now presents the workflow summary in a colourful format based on the actions performed by reviewers. Clicking on a step reveals the Activity Log below the workflow summary, providing detailed information for that step. Additionally, a Commented Documents drop-down option has been added, containing all the documents sent through the workflow. Selecting any document from the drop-down list displays all the workflow activities associated with that document.
Other Enhancements
- Publications list now features an additional column named Allow Completion After Rule Expiry. This column displays Yes/No value based on if Allow publication to be completed after rule has expired option is set for the publication.
- Public documents are now being uploaded not only to the default document libraries in SharePoint but also to custom or user-created document libraries in accordance with user requirements.
- The library item’s details on the PolicyHub Document Library screen now includes an additional column called Public which indicates if the library item is public or private.
- The Library Item Summary Report now features a new column called Public which indicates if the library item is public or private.
