• SharePoint Search Integration: PolicyHub can now integrate with SharePoint Online, offering users a new and efficient way to search for policies without having to go to a separate application.
• Public Portal: PolicyHub also now has the optional ability to show policies marked as Public on a separate landing page that can be accessed without having to login. This can be used if you want to give access to policies outside of your organization without having to create credentials for users.
• Document Views Audit Report: A new global audit report that displays a consolidated view of document views along with details from both the PolicyHub Inbox and My Library screens. This report provides an insight into how frequently policy recipients are making use of their policies.
• User Permission Change Audit Report: A new global audit report that displays all changes to role and folder permissions and role assignments within PolicyHub. This report facilitates the easy availability of information for audit reporting.
• User Compliance Overview Report for a User: The Compliance Overview report is now also accessible via the User context menu from User Management screen. The report shows all library items sent to the selected user. The Publication compliance and the current status of the library items sent in each publication are displayed.

• Manual User Management: PolicyHub now enables users with the right permissions to manually manage users and groups. Users with Manual User Management write permission can add, edit, delete or undelete users and groups as well as moving them by dragging and dropping.
• Multiple Authentication Types: PolicyHub now supports multiple authentication types on the same instance. This means that you can give users the option of which SSO provider they want to authenticate against. It also means that internal users can continue to use SSO and external users can connect as well using a username and password provided to them.
• User Synchronization via API: PolicyHub now supports SCIM (System for Cross-Domain Identity Management) for user synchronization. This enables you to connect PolicyHub directly with a supported identity management system.

• Reporting:
  • Significant improvements in reporting efficiency. Most of the reports have been rewritten from the ground up and these enhancements have significantly improved the performance of all Compliance, Audit and Review reports.
  • Users’ email addresses have now been added to several reports.
  • A new filter option has been added to exclude publications sent direct to the users’ library from Compliance Reports.
• When HR integration is enabled in PolicyHub, it is now possible to locate a user within the hierarchy tree after searching for that user. If the user has more than one manager, then the first one in the tree will be selected.
• When viewing MS Office documents sent in source format from the Inbox or Library, these documents are now opened directly in Word instead of downloading locally.

• Policy Templates: 
  • Policy templates are a new concept in PolicyHub that give compliance professionals true, end-to-end control of policy content from the initial inception of a policy, all the way to the point of publication.
  • Templates themselves can be controlled by their own Review and Approval Workflows to ensure that content is correct and signed off before any policies are even generated. Templates can be stored alongside policies or in a separate area of the library.
• Publishing: It is now possible to retract or recall from an individual user as well as from a group.
• Reporting: It is now possible to exclude publications that were sent direct to the users’ library from compliance reports
• HR Integration: 
  • PolicyHub now has the ability to integrate with a HR system and can display your organisational hierarchy within the Users and Groups screen.
  • Users are able to generate Compliance Overview reports on this structure to audit compliance for specific line managers and both their direct reports and everyone else that falls under them.
  • Publishers can now configure manager escalation emails that will notify managers of any policies that their direct reports have not yet attested to.
