Unable to add a Text Record

If a user does not have the ability to add a text record to a matter, review the following section in the application and make the required update: 

• Select My Lawtrac 
• Select My settings 
• Select the Matters tab (on the right hand side of the screen) 
• Under the section HIDE CHECKED ITEMS ON MAIN MATTER SCREENS ensure the option Text records is not checked 
• Click Save
