Unable to use upload document

Unable to upload document to Lawtrac using the "upload documents" under Document Management tab. This issue is related to Internet Explorer settings. Please follow the steps below within Internet Explorer to address this issue:


• Select Tools 
• Compatibility view settings 
• Add this website: Enter your site URL prefix 
• Ensure the following option is unchecked: Display intranet sites in Compatibility view
