Not receiving matter notification

Not receiving notifications on a matter(s). To enable this feature please follow the steps below: 

• Select My Lawtrac 
• Select My Settings 
• On the right side click on the General tab 
• Ensure the “New matter assignment” option is enabled under EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS by clicking on the red dial
