Unable to assign matter to user as a responsible party\lead
In order for the responsible person to be available for your account, your profile must be enabled to Function as a responsible person. This option is found on the user’s Site Access tab of their Legal Staff profile under the Invoice Authorization area. Please follow the steps below to make this adjustments.
• Select Corporate staff (left side menu)
• Select Legal Staff
• Locate your record
• Click on the Site Access tab
• Scroll to the section titled Invoice Authorization
• Ensure the option Can Function As A Responsible Attorney? Is enabled by clicking on the red dial, which will turn green after the update is saved.
