cf_div Error with Quick Find

The option ‘Matters’ must be checked in the Quick Find settings for Quick find to work properly. To arrive to this section in the application please follow the steps below:

Attempting to utilize Quick Find and receive the following error message: Error retrieving element for cf_div

The option ‘Matters’ must be checked in the Quick Find settings for Quick find to work properly. To arrive to this section in the application please follow the steps below: 

  • Do a search within Quick Find
  • Click Find
  • Select your setting in the results page
  • Under search options ensure the following is selected "Matters"
  • Click Save
