Cannot login with user ID

To resolve this issue you must enable the named user permission for the user.

When attempting to login it Lawtrac, the massage you don't have permission to access Lawtrac with that user ID is appearing.

To resolve this issue you must enable the named user permission for the user. 

  • Select People 
  • Select In-house Legal department 
  • Locate the users record 
  • Click on the Site Access tab 
  • Click on the named user option
