Error received when attempting to view documents within matter

Attempting to view a document within a matter record and receive an error: Error replacing HTML, element not found MainMatterDocs

The error message occurs due to the user not having the document view permission. To resolve this issue please follow the steps below: 

• Select People 
• Select In-house Legal Department 
• Locate the users record 
• Select Matter Permissions 
• Select Document & Files 
• Ensure the Documents view permission is enabled by clicking on the red icon 
• Review the remaining permissions and make any additional changes necessary
