Dates are missing when adding a new matter

These dates are not showing up because they have not been setup for the matter type in question. To resolve this issue please follow the steps below:

  • Select My Lawtrac
  • Select Application Administration
  •  Select Matter maintenance\
  • Click on option #1: LEGAL HIERARCHY MAINTENANCE
  • Click on the matter type in question and click on captions.
  • Populate the date fields (Date A-Date 10) accordingly to have this information displayed when adding a new matter record.
