Due to privacy and security reasons, Outside Counsel Administrators must contact the client's Lawtrac Administrator for password reset request.
Client can reset the login credentials for the firm administrator, by clicking My Application > Application Administration > Firms & Vendors > Change Credentials
Select the Firm/Company from the Drop-down and Hit 'Select'
The selected firm's staff members should appear on the right side. Click on the small 'Edit' pencil icon for the relevant staff member (firm administrator).
Update the username/password of the selected user and click outside of the box to save the changes.
Share the login credentials to the relevant staff member and advise them to login to the system within 24 hours.
* Administrators should change the user name and password of their employees. A situation may arise where an employee has been released by the firm and you have no knowledge of the event.
