Firm Administrator - Resetting Login Credentials for Firm Employee

Firm Administrator can start by Clicking 'People'

Click on the Small Security Key Icon for a relevant Timekeeper on the far right hand side

Please note that resetting a user's password requires a temporary single-use password which is time-sensitive and will expire within 48 hours. Reset Password under Username/Password box and Hit Set to continue. Provide the user with reset credentials via Email.
