Collaborati Vendors - Are the Start and End Dates required on rate request submission for Lawtrac clients?

Start and End Dates are required fields when submitting timekeeper rate requests for Lawtrac clients. If the rate request is missing either a start or end date, then it will not come through Lawtrac for the client to review and approve.
