Collaborati Vendors - File Error when Uploading LEDES98B Invoice for Lawtrac clients

File Error: "LINE_ITEM_UNIT_COST exceeds allowed number of decimal places. This client allows up to 2 decimal places for expense line item unit costs."

This error message suggests that the Line Item Unit Cost field on one or more expense line items exceeds the allowed number of decimal places. For Lawtrac clients, the 'Expense Rate precision' setting is set to 2 decimal places. This setting is hard-coded and set to 2 decimal places, thus, it cannot be modified. Collaborati Vendors must round the value for this field to 2 decimal places on LEDES98B invoices.
