Enable mail server logging

To enable logging of mail messages sent from the Lawtrac site, contact your company's Web Administrator and advise them to follow the steps below: 

  • Login to the ColdFusion Administrator
  • Select Server Settings
  • Select Mail
  • Scroll to the section "Mail Logging Settings" 
  • Ensure the option Log all mail messages sent by ColdFusion is enabled
  • Click Submit changes
