Not receiving email messages from application

Here's what to do when your users are not able to receive email messages from application.

Users are not receiving email messages generated by the Lawtrac application.

The reported issue occurs because there is no SMTP setup on the server. Conctact your company Web Administrator and advise them to make the necessary updates by following the steps below:

• Log into Cold Fusion Administrator

• Select Server Settings\Mail

• Input an IP Address of your mail server in the Mail Server field

• Click Submit Changes
