FVCollab error when authorizing Collaborati law firm
Attempting to authorize a law firm and receive the following error message: Error retrieving markup element for FVCollab
Contact your company's Web Administrator to perform the following updates within ColdFusion Administrator:
- Click on the Java and Jvm link under server settings
- Locate the section titled JVM Arguments
- Make the following update at the end of this section:
- replace "-Dcoldfusion.jsafe.defaultalgo=FIPS186Random" with "-Dcoldfusion.disablejsafe=true"
- Click submit changes
