FVCollab error when authorizing Collaborati law firm

Attempting to authorize a law firm and receive the following error message: Error retrieving markup element for FVCollab

Contact your company's Web Administrator to perform the following updates within ColdFusion Administrator: 

  • Click on the Java and Jvm link under server settings 
  • Locate the section titled JVM Arguments 
  • Make the following update at the end of this section: 
  • replace "-Dcoldfusion.jsafe.defaultalgo=FIPS186Random" with "-Dcoldfusion.disablejsafe=true" 
  • Click submit changes
