Matter Role Assignment - Invoice Handler

 

If you attempt to add a User as a new Legal Team person on a Matter and they are not available in the drop-down:

If a person is added as an Invoice Handler on the matter then they are not available in the drop-down for adding as a new Legal Team person. They are only available for Swapping.
