Forgotten password email link does not work

User received the email with the subject "User Access", user clicks on the link "Reset your Password for Lawtrac" but the user is unable to reset the password because the link in the email message does not work.

To resolve this issue please follow the steps below: 

Select My Lawtrac 
Select Application Administration 
Select Application & Database 
Select Option 2. Data Locations 
Ensure the field LAWTRAC APPLICATION ADDRESS: has your company's site FULL URL.
