The Calendar Categories hyperlink in the Matter Maintenance sidebar allows site administrators and super users to add and edit calendar event categories.
Edit Calendar Categories
Edit category name and order by typing directly into the corresponding text boxes. Changes made in the Category Name column are saved automatically, as indicated by the icon. Click Set at the bottom to update sort order.
The Order column determines the order the events are displayed in the drop-down menus. If there is no order number (or if the order number is "0"), the events are displayed in the order they were entered.
To retire existing calendar event categories, click the icon.
Add Calendar Categories
Add new calendar event categories by typing the new event name in the "Add New Event" text box and click Save.
Retired Calendar Categories
View retired event classifications by clicking View Retired List.
Reinstate categories by clicking Activate under the Retire column.
