Reserves by LEDES
Set spending goals on reserves based on LEDES codes.
The Reserves by LEDES hyperlink in the Finance Options sidebar under Reserves allows administrators and super users to set reserves or spending goals for a specific LEDES phase or activity.
To set a spending goal:
- Click on a LEDES code under the Area column.
New data appears on the right side of the page. - Select a fiscal year from the drop-down list at the top right, and an amount below it using the arrow buttons.
- Click Set Spending Goal.
