How do I edit or modify an email template?

Follow the below steps to edit an email template:

  1. Navigate to 'Setup' (Left Menu) and click 'Knowledge Base'. 
  2. Click 'Email Template' under 'Support Letter Templates'.
  3. Search template and click the Edit icon.
