This article will guide you on how to create firm customized immigration status templates within the Knowledge Base.

Firm-defined Current Immigration Status

Follow the below steps to choose the firm-defined current immigration status:

  1. Navigate to 'Setup' and click 'Knowledge Base'.
  2. Select 'Immigration Status Templates' located in the 'Other Templates' section.
  3. Click 'Add New' and add the necessary details. Click 'Save'.
  4. Once you add a new firm-defined immigration status under Knowledge Base, go to the client info page and click on “Edit” in the contact information section. Here you can choose the new firm-defined immigration status.
