Fixed Issues

Issue: Unable to Load Pending Timekeepers or Authorize Timekeepers.
Description: When users attempt to access pending timekeepers or authorize timekeepers, the Timekeeper Authorization page takes too long to load, leading to session timeouts and automatic logouts. This patch optimizes performance and prevents session disconnections.
