Fixed Issues

Issue: Timekeepers can be unassigned in Collaborati despite having pending rate requests.
Description: When a rate request is in the "Pending Client Approval" status, users can still unassign the associated Timekeeper from the client. As a result, the Timekeeper is unassigned in Collaborati, even though the rate request remains pending.

Issue: Unable to Edit Decimal Values in the Rate Field on Fee or Expense Line Items in PDF Invoices
Description: Users are unable to enter or modify decimal values in the Rate field of Fee or Expense line items when editing a PDF invoice. When a user attempts to add a decimal value or update an existing whole number with a decimal, the field automatically rounds the value to the nearest whole number. This behavior prevents accurate rate entry and persists across multiple user roles, including QA PDF Invoice Review Users, Firm Admins, and Firm Users.
