Enhancements/Improvements

Improvement: Inconsistency detected in the Classification Details field during export and upload processes for the Timekeeper upload 5.0 file and upload timekeepers.
Description: When creating or updating Timekeeper information for a firm that does not have at least one client with the expanded timekeeper classifications setting enabled on the timekeeper upload screen using Timekeeper Upload 5.0 file, the system clears the Classification details information, even if values are present.

Improvement: Matter notification emails triggered for Firm Admins do not include Office information when an office is involved in a matter.
Description: The matter notification email for Firm admins has been updated to include office information when an office is involved in a matter. The updated email notification is provided below:

  • Matter (Matter Name) for client (Client Name) is available for Office name(City Name).

Fixed Issues

Issue: Firm admins are unable to open the document shared by the client, which contains special characters like a comma in the filename.

Issue: The Collaborati codes Global Use checkbox does not function as expected when the setting "Upload LEDES Invoice" is turned off.

Issue: The timekeeper upload page is currently displaying clients with the status "Pending Client Setup" and "Pending Office Setup." It should instead display clients/offices with the status "Active."

Issue: Upon uploading a LEDES 98BIv2 invoice, the system will display warning messages for LINE_ITEM_TAX_TOTAL when users upload a LEDES file with International Line Item tax details turned OFF.

Issue: When the invoice with IS_COPIED_UPLOADED_INVOICE set to 'Y' undergoes editing, it clears the line item tax.
