You can view the rates for each timekeeper from the Timekeepers tab.
- Select the Timekeepers tab. The Timekeepers screen opens.
- Click the timekeeper's name. Search for the timekeeper if necessary.
- Click the Rates icon in the left navigation menu.
- Choose the correct Office from the dropdown menu.
Each client has a separate list of rates with two rate types:
- Default Rates—If the client specifies default rates based on the timekeeper's classification, the default rates appear in bold in the client's list.
- Invoice Task Rates—If the client has approved invoice task rates, the approved rates appear in the client's list.
Note: You can only view rates for the clients who have enabled the ability for rate sharing.
