When using the Upload Rate Request feature, after entering the Office, Client, and File to Upload, and clicking Next, the users will see a list of timekeepers and Rates (at least one of the entries should say "Success"), and clicks Done, and then receives the Internal Error screen.
The internal error seems to be caused by a defect due to a missed Collaborati Validation on the Rate Request. In previous versions of Collaborati, an error message would be thrown such as "Line Item 1 conflicts with existing rate."
While the issue is being reviewed and fixed by Engineering, check the files carefully and remove any duplicate lines. (see example below)
Or rate requests can be entered manually.
