Legacy data:

Error message: A timekeeper already exists for (Firm Office(s) name) with the same Timekeeper ID. Please ensure the Timekeeper ID is unique.

This error applies to the Timekeeper Offices page.

When a firm admin tries to add new offices to any legacy timekeeper and if those new offices are already associated with another timekeeper having the same Timekeeper ID we see this error with the firm office(s) names mentioned above.

How to resolve: Firm admin has to ensure the timekeeper ID is unique across the firm.

Error message: A timekeeper(TK name(s) - as a link) already exists with the same Timekeeper ID you have entered. Please enter a unique Timekeeper ID.

This error applies to the Timekeeper Edit (or Timekeeper Profile) page.

When a firm admin tries to update the Timekeeper ID of any legacy timekeeper and the Timekeeper ID is same as any of the legacy timekeepers under that firm, we see this error.

You can look at the existing profile(s) by clicking on the timekeeper’s link provided in the error message.

Newly created:

Error message: A timekeeper(TK name(s) - as a link) already exists with the same Timekeeper ID you have entered. Please enter a unique Timekeeper ID.

This error applies to the Timekeeper Edit (or Timekeeper Profile) page.

When a Firm admin tries to create a new timekeeper, if the Timekeeper ID is same as any timekeeper’s ID under that firm, this error is thrown.

You can look at the existing profile(s) by clicking on the timekeeper’s link provided in the error message.
