Budget Status Notifications

You can choose to receive emails for the following events:

  • Client sent new budget requests
  • Client approved budget requests
  • Client rejected budget requests

Email notifications are controlled from the User Preferences screen. See How do I turn off or turn on my email notifications for details about how to use that screen or Adjust Email Notifications.

 

Resolving problems with budget notifications

Problem: User receives the same budget notification every hour. (This could indicate a problem with the client's system.)
Solution: You may opt to temporarily turn off the notifications for Budget Requests and reach out to the client to investigate the issue with TeamConnect Support.
