Invoice Stuck Processing

User uploaded a LEDES file and the status of the invoice file says "Processing" for longer than 15 minutes.


Most likely, there was a technical issue that happened during the upload.  Opening multiple windows during the upload process can sometimes cause this to happen.  There could be other reasons.


User should try uploading the file again  and wait for it to finish processing.  If the file upload is successful, then ignore the old file with the status "Processing".  It will continue to say "Processing" but eventually the status will change to "file error" or "ready to submit" and then the old one could be deleted.
